ActionKPI received the award for their work with a large forest products manufacturer client, who implemented ActionKPI’s Integrated Profitability Solution, powered by IBM Planning Analytics.

The implementation transformed the way the client used their data to enhance decision-making and enabled the client to reduce their forecasting efforts by 25% across their finance team. Through the implementation, the client gained a more accurate view of the organization and is now able to maintain a rolling 24-month forecast that is constantly updated with product, pricing, sales and inventory data.
